With over two decades of distinguished service in the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), Victor Clark has built a diplomatic career focused on international cooperation, development, multilateral and thematic policy, and international law.  Several postings have spanned Latin America, the Caribbean and Caucasus regions, including initiatives focused on development, conflict prevention and security, while countering drug-trafficking, money-laundering and organised crime.  Victor is committed to promoting stability, rule of law, and sustainable development across regions.
