Carlene currently holds the position of Senior Manager, Programme and Strategy within the Office of Strategy Management at Grenada Co-operative Bank Limited, with a primary focus on strategic planning and execution and project management.

Her academic accomplishments include an MBA, a Diploma in Banking from the Graduate School of Banking/ University of Wisconsin and certifications in project management and balanced scorecard management.

Throughout her 14 years at the Bank, Carlene has contributed to several projects and initiatives that have helped in its growth and development, including the 2023 acquisition of CIBCFCIB’s Grenada business. Carlene’s active involvement in ongoing projects seek to ensure consistent alignment between the Bank’s vision and its strategic pursuits.

Carlene is also a creative writer and published author and enjoys sharing her creative thoughts in various forms, hoping to inspire others through profound words.
