Mr. Brian Samuel is a Finance and Public-Private Partnership Consultant with an extensive portfolio of successful programs, transactions and publications. He spent over twenty years in senior positions with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) – the private sector arm of the World Bank – with postings to Barbados, Washington, Zimbabwe and South Africa. Mr. Samuel spent five years as Head of PPPs at Caribbean Development Bank (CDB), and raised long-term loans and equity investments on projects in the Caribbean and Africa. He is a Board Member of Sweet Water Foundation in Grenada, for the protection of vulnerable segments of the population and Author of “Song for my Father: A West Indian Journey”, published in 2023. He enjoys reading, writing, sailing, tennis, and traveling off the beaten track.
